DIVE WITHOUT BUBBLES

The purpose of the PADI Semi-closed Rebreather specialty course is to familiarize divers with the skills, knowledge, planning, organization, procedures, techniques, problems, hazards and

enjoyment of diving with a semi-closed rebreather.

The knowledge session will review the History & Evolution of Rebreathers, Open Circuit versus Closed Circuit versus Semi-Closed Circuit, Practical Mechanics of the System, Gas Physiology, Formula Work, Dive Tables, Dive Computers and Dive Planning.

Course Pre-requisites:

•              Be a minimum age of fifteen (with parental consent) or eighteen.

•              Have a minimum certification of advanced diver.

•              Have a basic nitrox certification.

Course overview:

•              Theory session

•              Confined water dive & 3 dives.

•              Maximum depth: appropriate to MOD of the gas (not exceeding PPO2 0f 1.4).

Excludes: Divesorb and Gas fills

Combined with Nitrox course    $750
