Ammunition Jetty night dive
Ammunition Jetty night dive
Wednesday 24 April 2019
This Wednesday night with the nice weather we decided to dive ammo jetty. With a turn out of 8 divers we kitted up and made our way out to the jetty.

At the water it didn’t look the best, a bit surge and the water looked a bit cloudy, but we decided to soldier on. Once down we followed the pillars out but the viz didn’t get much better. We still managed to search around for some macro.
On the pillars we spotted lots of different shrimp and a few nudibranchs. The sand was covered in crabs, boxfish and the odd squid and towards the end of the dive a couple of port jacks. Most of the guys headed in a bit early but the brave that stuck it out to the end got rewarded with the sharks
