Is this the end??? Perth Scuba’s final club dive at North Mole Fremantle

We took the club dive to North Mole Fremantle. With the chance of it being one of the last club dives for some time we wanted to make it a good one.

At the site we had 6 keen divers ready to go, so we kitted up and scrambled down the rocks. On top of the water it looked a bit choppy but as soon as we dropped down the viz looked awesome. As soon as we dropped down we were greeted by a school of squid and a little Port Jackson. We then followed the pegs to the wreck and did a few laps of that, which didn’t disappoint as usual.

After 25mins we headed south east to the wall and found a little stingray on the way. Once we hit the wall we started searching for life. We found a few crays and cuttlefish. About half way up we found a decent sized cuttlefish hunting for it’s dinner. After watching him go hungry we moved back up the wall to the entry point.

After 50mins we scrabbled up the wall and back to our cars and debrief on all the cool stuff we had seen.
