A glorious day for diving at Ammo Jetty

Another glorious day greeted us divers this Sunday 28 December 2014 as 25, YES 25 of us headed down to Ammo Jetty for a super fantastic dive.

After a breaky of snags at the dive shop and a short briefing we headed down to find a very busy car park.

Perth Scuba Manta Club Dive at Ammunition Jetty

Gearing up under a big shady tree and after taking the group photo we headed down to the beautiful warm water.

It was a little rough on top but once under the water is was calm and clear with vis a good 6m.

Conditions were a photographers paradise and I loved every part of this dive.

Fish life a plenty and marine creatures big and small were down there.

We came across, snapper, sea horses, roughy’s, gobbleguts, box fish, crayfish, cuttlefish, nudi’s, toado and many more cool species.

Unfortunately we didn’t find the frog fish that has moved in over the last week or so down there so It’s a good excuse to get back down there and find it.

All in all another great dive at a great site.

I would personally like to thank everyone who has come alone to the club dives this year and I wish you all a safe and happy new Year and look forward to seeing you all on many club dives in 2015.

Once again Happy New Year and have a good one.
