Bright and early bacon and eggs

written by Dane Fielder – Perth Scuba PADI Divemaster

We arrived at the shop bright and early for some bacon and eggs on Sunday 29 June 2014. After breaky we made our way to Jervoies Bay. After kitting up and taking a snap we entered the water, it was a nice 16 degrees. After dumping the dive flag we made our way up the wall past the fishing platform and the graveyard for fishing lures.

Not long after the fishing platform it dropped down to around 10m which it stayed at for most the dive and made things a bit easier for our dry suit diver. Not a whole lot of marine life to see but some nice baby fan coral starting to cover the rock towards the end.

After a couple of air checks we reached our turn around point and made our way back. I would like to thank the school of blowies for our escort back to shore we would of never made it back without them.
After a little debrief we jumped in our cars and made our way home. Perth Scuba Manta Club Dive Jervoise Bay 29Jun2014
