North Mole night dive
North Mole club night dive
Wednesday 14 November 2018
This Wednesday night I decided to take a gamble and go to North Mole. With the weather conditions not looking so great I had my fingers crossed that it would be worth it. At the site the water looked great, completely protected, so we geared up and made our way down the rocks.
Once down we started to follow the pegs but lost them straight away then somehow managed to find them again, at the wreck we were greeted by a couple of stingrays and a few Samson fish. After a couple of laps around the wreck we headed south east to the wall. On the way we found a few Port Jackson and cool looking shrimp in the weeds.
At the wall we only found a couple of crays and a couple more Port Jackson sharks. After following the wall back we put in a team effort getting up the rocks.
